Here are some general tips for people who are brand new to GPT sites:
- You never have to spend money! Simply click "no thanks" or "skip" or "pass" to continue through the "survey"
- Stick to the main page. You may get many pop ups, just close them and stick to the original page, or you will get lost in a maze of ads.
- Create a new email address to keep unwanted emails out of your main email account.
- Use online voicemail/call forwarding services like k7.net so you don't get telemarketer calls on your personal line. Simply sign up through one of these sites to get an online number.
- If you choose to complete trial offers, only do ones you are genuinely interested in. Read ALL fine print.
